Founder and CEO

Meet Norm Boell, Founder and CEO of LVMC Decks! Since 1990, Norm has been a leader in the decking and outdoor living industry, creating and operating successful deck companies. In 2014, he founded LVMC Decks alongside his two sons. Norm and his sons have built a company based on integrity, teamwork, and creating beautiful, long-lasting decks with top-notch materials. In his spare time, Norm enjoys hunting, fishing on his boat The Taskmaster, worshiping Jesus and The Gospel, and spending time with his family. He says the best part of his career is working alongside his sons.

Blaize Boell

Sales Associate and Project Supervisor

Meet Blaize Boell, our dedicated sales associate and project supervisor! Blaize’s hands-on experience as part of our deck crew gives him a unique perspective on the products we offer. He’s committed to answering all your questions and ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your purchase and throughout your entire project. Blaize started working with his dad to create LVMC Decks in 2013, right out of high school, and has since become a crucial part of the company in turning clients' visions into reality. In his time away from work, he enjoys spending time on his boat, traveling, and being with his wife and two daughters.

Roman Boell

Crew Leader

Roman prioritizes exceptional craftsmanship, delivering it in a timely manner day in and day out. He ensures a smooth and efficient experience for every LVMC Decks client. He began his journey with us working on the deck crew right out of high school in 2015, and his dedication has propelled him to become one of our most vital assets. When Roman isn’t building decks, he also enjoys fishing on The Taskmaster, hunting, caring for his animals, and spending time with his wife and dogs.
